Why Fiber is Important

What are the benefits of fiber, and which easy-to-find foods are good sources?


answer
We need it in our diet because adequate fiber is responsible for optimal functioning of our gastrointestinal tract, lowering of blood cholesterol, and regulation of blood glucose. Any dish that contains fiber-packed foods like fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and beans will give you a healthy dose.
