Sweep an electric shade, like turquoise, on just your lower lashline — the hint of color gives your look a subtle twinkle. Use a flat eyeliner brush to guide the colorful shadow across your bottom lashline, from outer corners in. Do two coats of black mascara on top lashes and one coat on the bottom to finish.
